JOAN Peck and her friend, June, demonstrated flower arranging incorporating the use of candles. Joan afterwards judged our 'flower from the garden' competition, which was won by Betty Wolsey with an unusual flower shrub. Tea and biscuits followed.
Names of members wishing to take part in the Spring Craft Fair at Bewdley were taken. It was also confirmed that a lunch has been arranged for our ladies at the Country Girl on March 30.
The next meeting is to be held at the village hall on April 6, when 'Tales of the Unexpected' is to be presented by Mrs Angela Hugman.
