LIVE mannequins captivated shoppers at a Redditch department store.
About 30 performing arts students from NEW College became living dolls in the shop windows of Debenhams last week.
The students, based at the Bromsgrove Artrix, simultaneously changed positions every 20 seconds.
Two of the group will perform on plinths inside the store, one dressed as a white statue blowing bubbles and the other in glamorous evening wear.
NEW College head of arts and humanities Colin Smith said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for our students to work to 'real world' working briefs for a major UK employer and will help nurture a long-term arrangement with Debenhams allowing more students to gain valuable work experience."
He added: "As part of their course, students research this type of street theatre which is often seen in Covent Garden in London.
