SO a theatregoer's evening at Malvern Theatres was spoilt and his concentration
disrupted by the temerity of a fellow member of the audience, who could not hear, asking the actors to speak up. How ridiculous!
Surely, if you buy a ticket for a play you are entitled to hear what is being said on stage and, if not, to ask the cast to speak up.
Presumably, your correspondent was ensconced in one of the expensive seats near the front and gives no thought to the unfortunates who, for one reason or another, have to sit at the back. Shame on him!
