Kidderminster 0, Evesham Ladies 5
A POSITIVE team talk from head coach Lis Stirling ensured Evesham were up for Saturday's top of the table clash.
And, it didn't take long for the visitors to stamp their authority on the game and Danny Cox and Kate Fle-tcher put together some fluid passing and showed great skill and awareness to tear the Kidderminster defe-nce apart with Cox's pass leading to her teammate opening the scoring.
A second goal came quickly with Emma Scott showing great maturity for such a young player with a determined run that led to a short corner from which top scorer Ness Dufty netted with a decisive strike.
Tash Kuiper, and Rhian Fuge played with grit and determination in midfield and the former's vision picked out Nadine Bird who slipped past the defence before finding the net with a shot from the top of the circle.
Evesham's defence continued to show the resilience that has given them the best defensive record in the league and goalkeeper Char-maine Mitchelle was a dominant force in front of goal and blocked any shots that came her way.
At the other end, captain Dufty netted for a second time to give her side a four-goal interval cushion.
The second half saw Eve-sham continue to dominate and more excellent play led to player of the match Flet-cher making it 5-0 a scoreline that saw the leaders retain their nine-point lead.
