WORCESTERSHIRE County Council has published its proposed catchment area and feeder school arrangements for the 30 new Wyre Forest schools created by the district's education shake-up.
Residents are being given the chance to submit their views before a decision is finalised this summer in preparation for next year's change from a three to two tier system.
Each home address has been given a designated school, although parents can still express preferences for other sites.
When applications outweigh the number of places, top priority will go to pupils living in the catchment area.
Zoe Cookson, project manager for the Wyre Forest Schools Review, said: "I think we have got it as right as we can at this stage and we hope people looking at the proposals will not find anything completely unreasonable."
"We have had an extensive period of informal consultation with heads and governors to get their views and have made changes to our original models."
The new system will apply from September 2007 and the feeder school arrangements will come into force the following academic year.
Representatives involved with the process will discuss the changes and answer questions at a series of events this month.
The first takes place at Stourport Civic Hall on March 14, between 2pm and 8pm.
Another is planned for Wribbenhall Parish Rooms, Bewdley, on March 16.
Officers will also be available at Kidderminster Library on March 22. For more details and to download a response form, visit www.worcestershire.gov.uk/wyreforestschools.
All feedback should be submitted by April 4.
