A KARATE club with centres across the Midlands is set to offer self defence classes in Kidderminster, alongside its other martial arts activities.
Ruach Karate Club currently meets at the Glades Leisure Centre from 10.30am until 11.30am on Sundays and at Stourport Leisure Centre from 7.30pm until 8.30pm on Fridays.
The club membership ranges from five to 80-year-olds with males and females of all abilities from novice white belts to 6th Dan Black Belt.
People of all levels of experience are always welcome.
Members of Ruach recently returned from the World Karate Academy National Championships with a large haul of medals.
They will soon be honoured to host legendary Yarara Sensei from Japan in his only UK visit of the year. For more details ring 07710107992.
