THE chairman of the savethealex campaign, Neal Stote, has vowed to keep on fighting following Saturday's successful protest march.
Mr Stote told the Advertiser more campaigns were being planned until the threats to local health services disappeared.
"We will keep on fighting until these threats go away," he said.
Mr Stote said it was time for health chiefs to respond.
"The problem is the Acute Hospitals NHS Trust keeps changing its mind," he added.
"They have not been able to provide figures to back up the proposed savings."
