THE February meeting was opened with a request from the president to take part in a national nature watch survey.
The speaker was Bernard Mills, an avid collector of all things connected to Kay's of Worcester.
A John Skarratt had originally traded in clocks in Worcester and had later expanded into the mail order business as we know it today.
Mr Mills took members over the 200-year history of Kay's.
A quiz night will be held on March 11.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday, March 7 ,at 7.30pm at Beoley Village Hall. Members are reminded to wear their party frocks as they will be celebrating the 76th birthday with an American supper with an eastern theme.
