WYRE Forest's health campaigning MP, Dr Richard Taylor, is seeking views from sufferers of ME as part of a national study.
The independent MP is a member of the Group on Scientific Research, set up by the Government last December to assess the progress of research into the debilitating condition myalgic encephalomyelitis.
He will meet sufferers at Kidderminster Library, Market Street, on Friday, March 3 from 12.30pm to 2.30pm to gather evidence from them.
The meeting is one of several being held by the group around the country.
Evidence is also being gathered from leading medical experts, Government officials and charities.
The study will evaluate how close experts are to understanding the causes of ME, establishing a programme of research on all aspects of the condition and securing adequate investment for the research.
