WARRIORS head coach Anthony Eddy insists there is no crisis of confidence at Sixways despite the abject display at Leeds.
Worcester slipped to a sixth defeat in seven Premiership matches but Eddy believes the problems that caused the 21-15 loss can be rectified on the training pitch.
"I think our skill level let us down dramatically," he said. "And that had an affect on the way we attempted to play the game. We didn't get any run of the game in the first-half.
"We had very stagnated possession. Leeds out-enthused us and they certainly out-muscled us.
"They were a much more physical team than we were. They won the tackle contest and they won the ground contest.
"We can fix these little problems and move on over the next couple of weeks."
Eddy lays the blame at technical errors made by his side and claims the players were not affected by the pressure of the situation.
He is also confident the players will do much better when they come up against triple Premiership champions Wasps a week on Friday.
"They are not terribly pleased with their performance," said Eddy. "They know the importance of playing well the next time we play.
"We got a bad start to the game and never really caught up. I'm not too sure what it was. We knew what to expect. They caught us a little bit by surprise but we've only got ourselves to blame."
The result leaves Warriors just 10 points above the Headingley side, who are bottom of the Guinness Premiership, but Eddy is not ready to panic.
"It's not a catastrophe just yet," he said. "Obviously it would have been nice to have come here and got back on the winning track. But we did get a bonus point out of it, which I suppose is at least one positive from the game.
"We have probably got to be a bit smarter with the way we play," he added. "We almost threw away the chance for a bonus point.
"As it happened, we were lucky to do it. So we have got to be a bit smarter about how we play and how we execute on the field."
Worcester are in Guinness 'A' League action tonight when they travel to Northampton (7.30).
