BOSS Martin Westcott saluted Lee Rudge after the youngster's brilliant brace in Chaddesley Corbett's 5-2 victory over Wolverhampton Development in West Midlands League division two.
Chaddesley have used Rudge sparingly since signing him since Bromyard Town but the striker showed what he is capable of with an opportunist goal and a fine solo effort.
"Lee Rudge deserves some praise," said Westcott.
"Although he is 20, Lee is a very slightly built lad.
"He is a good worker but since we've signed him from Bromyard we have selected the right games for him from a physical point of view.
"He is growing in confidence and took both of his goals really well."
Liam Binner scored his seventh goal in seven games, while Stuart Jordan and Neil Lucas were also on target as Chaddesley recovered from the previous weekend's first home defeat to Shenstone Pathfinders.
Westcott also had kind words for man of the match Iain Milroy, saying: "Iain is a good club man and a skilful player.
"He and goalkeeper Stuart Brookes have been an integral link in introducing new players to the club.
"He should be scoring 10 goals a season but in saying that he has been a great provider for other players."
Corbett have snapped up midfielder Stephen Morgan, who played for Droitwich in the Midland Combination and Bromsgrove Athletic in Sunday morning football.
Chaddesley are at home once again on Saturday when they host Bustlehome Reserves at Longmore at 2.15pm. Players to be asked to be at the ground for 12.45pm.
