I THINK the lads acquitted themselves well at Welford Road but we are not about to be satisfied with going away and losing.
Leicester is always a very difficult place to go and play but the desire was there, which is what you look for every time you play.
There was a huge amount of disappointment within the dressing room after the game. We know that this league is very, very tight and whenever we play we can win.
To get so close and not win is always massively disappointing. We knew that to win the game we would have to play very, very well and we didn't quite do enough.
On a personal note, the back is getting better all the time. The rehab has been fantastic and I think, in a couple of weeks, I will be 100 per cent.
I am doing most things now. I'm not entirely pain-free but I'm getting back to being relatively normal again, which is making me much happier!
It's Leeds Tykes tomorrow in the Guinness Premiership and it is another massive game for the club. I think when we played Leeds last year it was the most physical game of the year.
They may be at the bottom of the table but their performances of late show that they are more than capable of beating anyone.
It is a big ask to go there and win but we have to have more desire than they do.
They have got plenty of attributes. Everybody knows what scrum-half Justin Marshall can do. Every time he has got the ball in his hands he looks dangerous.
They have also got a very big physical presence and, in their back-line, they have got a number of very good attacking players --players who can break the line and who have also got a lot of pace.
We have got to be very clinical in what we do and we have got to match their performance.
They may be in 12th position but, when you look at their side, they are a very, very good team. Their frame of mind will be one of desperation because they are fighting for their lives to stay in the Premiership.
So they are going to be dangerous. We have got to be prepared to go the same distance as them.
With the way the table is, we are very aware of the magnitude of this game and what it means if we win. But we can't afford to look too far ahead of ourselves or we will take our eye off what we have got to do tomorrow.
I think it will be interesting to see what happens in the Six Nations this weekend. Scotland are playing England at home and that is all the motivation that they will ever need.
The Scots were disappointing against Wales but I think that had more to do with the fact they were down to 14 men.
It's going to be a tough game and I don't think England can expect a runaway win.
