THOMAS Vale Construction has won a prestigious prize for the refurbishment of a shopping centre.
The Stourport-based firm received the award for Challenging Regeneration Project of the Year at the National Regeneration Awards 2005 after the refurbishment of the Tollgate Shopping Centre in Smethwick.
