MEMBERS have been knitting vests for African babies with AIDS. On April 27, several members will attend a lunch at Chaddesley Corbett Village Hall.
The speaker at the February meeting was Catherine Clark, who talked about the business she has built up hiring out designer clothes and hats. Members tried on various hats and Mrs Clarke showed a collection of hats made during the 20th century.
The competition for a hat pin was won by Carol Howels.
The next meeting will be held at The Oaks Community Hall, Mustow Green, on Monday, March 6. The competition will be for three spring flowers.
