WE should be grateful to Eve Mills (Letters, February 8) for raising the matter of dogs fouling on footpaths.
This problem had a lot of publicity a few years ago and for some time there was noticeable improvements, but the effect has now worn off.
St Peter's Road is especially affected and the corner with Corbett Avenue is a sordid disgrace.
At times, we all fail, perhaps by having no equipment or by just not noticing that our dog has performed. The first step is to remember to carry poop bags (available free from the Wychavon office and they can be purchased elsewhere), and then to use them.
May a new furore improve the situation.
