NEIL Entwistle, the husband of former St Augustine's teacher Rachel Entwistle appeared in court in Massachusetts, USA charged with the murder of his wife and daughter.
The 27 year old pleaded not guilty to the charges last week.
Mr Entwistle fled to his parents' home in Worksop, Nottinghamshire after the death of his family but denies killing the pair. He was extradited from the UK for the hearing last Wednesday.
He will now be held without bail until March 15, and if found guilty of first-degree murder, will be sentenced to life in jail.
