THE environment of one Worcestershire village looks a whole lot better thanks to some enterprising children.
Ten-year-olds Rebecca Smith and Kiki Barnett decided to pick up the litter that was piling up in Inkberrow, near Redditch, and raise money in sponsorship for the RSPCA.
Rebecca's mother Brenda said her daughter felt passionate about ending animal cruelty.
"She wanted to do something about the beer cans and the crisp packets that had been dumped and were a hazard to wildlife," she said.
