TICKETS are now available for the next production by the Colwall Players. This will take place at Colwall Village Hall from Thursday to Saturday, February 23-25, at 7.30pm, with a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm.
The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, by C S Lewis, is the fifth in the Narnia Series that follows on from The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. Tickets are available from John Goodwin Estate Agent at £6 and £3.
There will be a skittles evening tonight (Friday) at Colwall Royal British Legion Club at 8pm, in aid of Acorns Children's Hospice.
A cheque for £2,620 was handed over to Acorns on December 16 and fundraising is well under way this year.

Tomorrow (Saturday), there will be a marmalade sale in the drive at Rickstones, Walwyn Road from 8am until it's all gone. This is in aid of the Mothers' Union literacy and development programme.
Last Sunday evening at St James' Church, a songs of praise was held when ten people introduced and spoke about their favourite hymns. The evening was led by Marion Paulson and accompanists were Mary Baron and Trish Hockett.
