I FEEL sure the residents of the 24 houses fronting onto Wood Farm Road, Malvern Wells, and members of the Worcestershire Golf Club must be very pleased to have had their access road so well re-surfaced and freshly marked in the last week or so.
I am curious, however, to know why this particular stretch of road was given priority over badly rutted through roads and pavements, much overdue for repair, in this same vicinity?
As we await news of adjustments in Council Tax charges for the forthcoming year, it would be interesting to know what the final overall cost of the above was. The length of road re-surfaced is just under half a mile and took about three days to complete.
REV DAVID PRICE, Hanley Road, Malvern Wells.
