SIR - Are we not in danger of bullying the vast majority of honest benefit/disability claimants because a tiny minority cheat?

How can well-heeled fit and healthy people know what it is like to be disabled? They should be more sensitive. When a close friend of mine claimed incapacity benefit years ago, I studied the forms and they were long and complex. The intention of the questions seemed to be to deny awarding incapacity benefit. Have the forms been simplified? The notion that the state gives away money easily is a myth.
