TOM Kenderdine triumphed in the Stourbridge Stagger 10-mile off-road race with nine of his Kidderminster and Stourport Athletics Club colleagues also taking part.

After an early surge to the front, he led until the finish and won by more than four minutes in a time of 59 minutes 18 seconds.

Kidderminster athlete Heidi Jarosinski clinched the Midland Counties Combined Events Championships title at the NIA in Birmingham.

Jarosinski competed in the high jump, long jump, 800m, 60m hurdles and the shot putt, gaining personal bests in the last two disciplines.
