A 62-year-old man who used Viagra carried out sex attacks on a schoolgirl despite being disabled for 46 years.
Michael Bowen, of Rectory Lane, Rock, near Bewdley, branded the victim "a harlot and a prostitute".
He claimed Viagra had no sexual effect on him but said he used the drug to stop him bedwetting, Worcester Crown Court heard.
A jury found Bowen guilty by unanimous verdicts of two counts of indecent assault.
Judge Michael Mott granted him bail for reports to be prepared. He will be sentenced on March 10.
The 15-year-old girl had claimed to police that Bowen forced her to have sex with him but medical evidence proved she was a virgin.
Prosecutor David Iles said the girl was sexually inexperienced and naive.
She had no idea what the word sex meant, he said.
Bowen, who walks with a stick after being badly injured in a motorbike crash, attacked the girl after a partner left him.
Mr Iles said Bowen's explanation for taking Viagra was "nonsense". Doctors confirmed it was not a cure for incontinence.
When the girl refused some of his sexual advances in 2004, Bowen moaned: "I've wasted a Viagra on you."
Mr Iles said the girl - who is not related to Bowen - was a vulnerable victim.
Her teachers noticed she became unhappy and tearful.
She eventually made complaints about the abuse to a friend.
Gareth Walters, defending, said the girl had lied on a police video about having sex, which had led to Bowen being wrongly arrested on suspicion of rape.
He insisted the jury could not be sure she was telling the truth in court.
