THIEVES targeted three primary schools in the Bidford and Alcester stealing valuable equipment.
The thieves broke into the schools overnight last Tuesday and Wednesday and made away with a DVD and video player from the library at Temple Grafton CE primary school, a computer and projector screen from Bidford Primary school and a laptop computer from Dunnington Primary School.
In all three incidents the thieves forced their way into the buildings through windows.
The burglaries follow similar incidents over the past week in Stratford.
Inspector Charlie Butler said: "We've had a series of burglaries in schools, particularly out in the Alcester area and we're linking them. The thieves seem to be targeting video equipment and projectors."
He said anyone with information should contact CID at Stratford on 01926 415000.
