A TALENTED Arrow Vale High School pupil has proved she has the perfect package for pop stardom.
Singer Hollie Middleton wowed the judges in the final of the Pop Icon contest held at the school earlier this month.
The Green Sward Lane school has been holding heats in the competition since the end of last year.
Sixteen-year-old Hollie was deemed the overall winner and will now go through to the grand final in the spring when she will battle it out against other talented teenagers from around Worcestershire.
Hollie has already been treading the path to stardom in her spare time, having signed up to the international record label Alexa.
She has also worked with Marco Pirroni, the former lead guitarist of 80s outfit Adam Ant.
