LAUGHTER could well be in the air in Malvern later this month as a trio of funnymen visit the town for the latest installment in Jongleurs' run of comedy nights.
Malvern Theatres in the town's Grange Road has again teamed up with Jongleurs Comedy Club to bring the best in live stand-up-comedy to the town this month.
Many of the greats of the comedy world have performed at Jongleurs over the years, including Jack Dee, Paul Merton, Rory Bremner and Lee Evans.
And the comedy club's On The Road nights at the Malvern venue have already proved a roaring success since they started there last year.
The event on Thursday, February 23, sees Jeff Innocent, Sean Collins and Tony Hendriks appearing on stage at the venue in a bid to get audiences in stitches.
Jeff offers a unique and authentic insight into such diverse topics as bouncers, fashion and pub-fighting etiquette with his very own brand of humour.
Meanwhile, Sean has moulded his own 'sit-down storytelling' style based on his life growing up in the Ottawa valley and his work as a counsellor at the Children's Hospital of Vancouver, drawing audiences into his world. Finally Tony 'Paleface' Hendriks is a household name in Jamaica and was voted Best Jamaican Comedian in 1999 and 2000.
Tickets for the night are priced £10 and £12 (under 25s £8) and are available from the box office on 01684 892277.
