A year's supply of pizza is on its way to a family from Upper Welland.
Peter and Karen Scobbie and their daughters Karina and Anne Marie scooped the finger-licking first prize in a competition run by Goodfella's Delicia Pizzas.
The Scobbies beat 200 other hopefuls to the regional title in the firm's family of the year competition.
Judges, including celebrity broadcaster Vanessa Feltz, praised Peter, Karen and Karina, 14, for their dedication looking after Anne Marie, 23, who has severe autism and requires round-the-clock care.
Mrs Scobbie said she was shellshocked to win the award and was very proud of her family.
Mr Scobbie said it was a complete surprise when a huge certificate was delivered to the door on Saturday.
"My wife entered the competition and this is how far we've got," he said.
"We thought originally that it had finished in November, but we kept getting through to the next round. I don't know who's been voting for us."
Mr Scobbie said his family won the award because they supported each other and did traditional things like going out for meals and playing games together.
He said he was not expecting a huge delivery of pizza, as they will be given vouchers to exchange in the supermarket.
As well as the pizzas, the Scobbies also won a family pass to all of the Tussaud Group's UK attractions, including Madame Tussaud's London waxworks and the Alton Towers theme park in Staffordshire.
