TIM Walsh will be centre of attention at Wakefield as Worcester Warriors play their final game before the showdown with Rotherham.
The Australian fly-half has been named at outside centre to play at College Grove on Saturday in the National One clash (3pm).
Walsh takes Gary Trueman's place because the academy graduate is still bothered by an ankle injury.
Trueman will be fit for the April 12 winner-takes-all clash with title rivals Rotherham but is not risked for the trip to West Yorkshire.
Walsh, who played at centre during Worcester's 70-14 victory at Moseley on Sunday, gets the nod over James Ogilvie-Bull for a starting berth. James Brown wins the number 10 jersey back and good performances from both will certainly give coaches John Brain and Andy Keast something to think about with Trueman still to return.
"We were hopeful that Gary Trueman would be fit," said Keast. "But he's not right for Saturday. We've decided to go with David Officer at inside centre and Walsh at 13 because we think they did well last weekend.
"Tim has good vision and explosive pace. We saw how he complimented the back line on Sunday and he is a threat with that pace. David is comfortable at either inside or outside so we are happy with that combination."
Neil Lyman, however, will not play a part after suffering a calf injury. The tight-head prop is replaced by Adrian Olver, while the management duo keep faith with the pack.
Mark Gabey is provisionally named on the bench pending a fitness test tomorrow. The forward is recovering from a popped rib cartilage and will not be risked if there is any reaction to training. Neil Mason will take his place on the bench if Gabey is ruled out.
Hugo Southwell is called into the squad to cover at centre, while James Parkes is fit again and takes over from Stewart Pearl in the 22. George Davis is the prop replacement.
"Saturday is all about the result," added Keast. "If we get a performance then great, but it's all about doing a professional job and coming away from Wakefield with the points."
