Redditch United 2 Feckenham 2
VALLEY tenants Feckenham gave their landlords a run for their money in a 2-2 draw and Mat Henning could have won it for the Millers, forcing a great save from Reds keeper Harvey Willetts late on.
Mark Creighton put the Reds in front on 20 minutes, heading home a Mark Swann corner in the six yard box and Paul Danks could have made it two within two minutes.
But Feckenham were level on 25 minutes when Willetts made a hash of a Martin West shot which went under him.
Half time sub Michael Campbell was guilty of a couple of glaring misses in the second half before Feckenham took a deserved lead.
Carl Dainter raced on to a through ball from new signing Brian Powell and was felled by Willetts before stepping up to score from the spot on 65 minutes.
Campbell made amends with an equaliser ten minutes, bustling past two defenders in the box to fire home from eight yards.
And Reds player-boss Nicky Cross thought he had made it three within a minute as he saw wrong-footed Millers keeper Dave Inman brilliantly tip away his goalbound header.
Creighton should have had the final say two minutes from time but missed with a header from four yards when it was easier to score.
