Redditch United 2 Leamington 0 (friendly).
NEIL Beagan hit his second in two games for his new club as crowd-pullers Leamington were sunk 2-0 at the Valley.
Beagan had several chances in an exciting opening spell which also saw Paul Danks and Tommy Byrne have a good run out.
The former Solihull forward broke the deadlock and Andy Bradley, another of Nicky Cross' summer signings added a second on the hour mark.
Reds keeper Harvey Willetts made an impressive save on the hour against a much-changed Leamington side to the one which went down 7-1 to Solihull Borough at the same ground a week earlier.
