THE FA is set to announce details of a long-awaited restructuring of the non-league pyramid.
The proposal for two feeder leagues to the Conference failed to win enough support from enough clubs in the top tier of the three current feeder leagues and has been rejected.
A decision to retain three feeder leagues has been made but the FA says it intends to change the system to make it fairer and reduce travel costs.
Full details will be annonuced on Friday, July 12.
