WORCESTER Rugby Club's star goal-kicker Sateki Tuipulotu is facing a race against time before Saturday's clash at Wakefield after having his boots stolen!
The Tongan international, who has kicked more than 300 points this season with his lucky boots, was stunned on Sunday evening to find his kit-bag had vanished after the 30-18 win over Waterloo at Sixways.
Tuipulotu is desperate for the boots to be returned before the National One clash so he can continue his fine kicking form in Yorkshire.
He said: "They are my lucky boots and it will be a big blow to me if I don't have them for Saturday. They have been good to me this season and I was stunned that someone had taken them.
"Of course I will play with or without them but they are my favourite boots and are important to me."
The former Leeds man not only lost his boots but his kit and mouth-guard which he will now also have to replace.
However, Tuipulotu has insisted that no questions will be asked if the bag finds its way back to Sixways in the next few days.
He said: "I just want the boots back and if someone's picked the bag up by mistake then no questions will be asked when they are returned."
