The promising keeper did enough in friendlies and training with Harriers during season 2003-04 to become Jan Molby's first signing of the summer break.
Lewis broke into Studley's first team the season before and kept his place with the Midland Alliance high-fliers through a string of fine displays.
Redditch-born Lewis, a former Alvechurch youth teamer and Sunday League player for Bromsgrove side Garringtons, then caught the eye of Harriers.
He signed a two-year deal in May and is expected to act as back-up for John Danby while also putting pressure on the new number one.
Status: Summer break.
