WORCESTER law firm Thomas Guise Solicitors has recently carried off a multi million pound deal.
It has completed the sale of Midlands-based Care Home Group, Sister Dora, a chain of care homes in north Worcestershire that has almost 140 residents, to an established, larger care home operator for £6m.
Thomas Guise represented the former owner of Sister Dora, who was pleased the deal met its deadline.
with the minimum disruption to care and service at each of the homes.
"A lot a credit must also go to Rob Field of agents Christie & Co who did so much to achieve this result."
He added, "The care home sector is experiencing increasing consolidation, with the larger operators buying up smaller ones. Our specialist team has assisted many of our care home clients in similar transactions and it looks like the coming year will be even busier."
