SET in France in 1930, divorces Amanda and Elyot thought they had seen the last of each other but in an uncanny coincidence five years on they find themselves honeymooning with their new respective spouses in the same hotel.
Belinda Lang, of TV's 2Point4 Children, and Julian Wadham, who appeared in the movie The English Patient, star in Noel Coward's Private Lives, the well-known comedy based on his own life.
And as the couple's chance meeting re-lights the flames of passion but reminds them why they divorced in the first place, audiences will be treated to Coward's trademark wit, song and sparkling repartee.
Private Lives plays at the Malvern Festival Theatre from Monday, February 6 to Saturday, February 11. Tickets are £16 to £24 and are available by calling 01684 892277.
