Bromsgrove men's 4th XI 3 Walsall men's 4th XI 4
BROMSGROVE produced a spirited comeback in their seven-goal thriller to Walsall on Saturday.
The Boars had been trailing 4-0 at half time, but a stirring fight back almost saw them snatch a draw.
Nick Priddey was Bromsgrove's hero, proving to be the driving force by bagging three goals.
Captain Alan Morris said: "Normally Walsall inflict a heavy defeat on us, sometimes racking up double figures. However, this year is different for the fourths. Nick has come to personify the fighting spirit in the team. In the second half he stamped his authority on the game and instilled a belief in the whole team."
