I WOULD like to commend Bromsgrove District Council for their excellent refuse and green waste collection service.

We have recently moved into the area and where we lived previously this sort of collection was not available - so we have really appreciated it, particularly the green waste service.

We had a lot of tidying up to do in the garden so this collection has proved invaluable.

We also enjoyed the weekly grey bin collection over Christmas. It saved us several trips to the tip.

Thank you local council and thank you also to the refuse collectors, who do an excellent job.
