THERE will be Punch and Judy and a plethora of puppets during two events at Forge Mill Needle Museum this month.
On Sunday, there will be a free open day at the museum from 11am-4pm when people will be able to share their childhood seaside memories with an exhibition of puppets, including some beautiful versions of Punch and Judy.
As well as traditional seaside puppet shows, there will also be children's activities, finger puppet and Chinese dragon puppet workshops, a kids' trail around the exhibition, introductory talks and refreshments.
To accompany the exhibition, which runs until March 26, there will also be a shadow puppet workshop on Wednesday, February 15, and the following day from 1-3pm.
Unaccompanied children must be over eight years old. The cost is £4 per child, including all materials.
Pre-booking is essential. For more details, call the museum on 62509.
