I HAVE recently had a very positive experience of the NHS.
A fortnight ago I went to visit my sister in A & E at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. While there I suffered an acute asthma attack and stopped breathing. I was immediately admitted to the Lavender gynaecology ward as an overspill patient, where I spent a week in a private room. I was then moved to the Lavender ante-natal suite for a further six days. I would like to thank everybody - doctors, nurses, housekeeping and catering staff - for their professional care and all their kindness.
I have nothing but praise for the NHS.
