AN inquest into the death of a retired director of a carpet fitting company has been adjourned.
George Edwards was admitted to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital on Wednesday, December 28 following a fall while in respite care at Bryden House, Marlpool Lane in Kidderminster.
The 91-year-old, of Trimpley Lane in Bewdley, died the following day.
At an inquest, in Stourport, Worcestershire coroner Victor Round said it was unclear what had caused his death and adjourned it to a date to be fixed.
