A MAN described as having a foreign accent indecently exposed himself to a woman near Arrow Valley Lake.
The woman was walking along the path under the Warwick Highway from Arrow Valley Lake to Battens Drive at around 11.25am on Monday, January 16 when she heard the man, described as white and in his early 30s, shouting.
As she looked across at him, he indecently exposed himself to her.
Pc Tom Symonds, of Redditch police, said this sort of incident could be very distressing.
He added: "We believe he may have been near the lake earlier that morning and would appeal to anyone who saw him or who has any information to help our enquiries to get in touch."
