A FELINE frenzy is set to take over Inkberrow this week with a new performance by the village's drama group.
Following last year's success with Lionel Bart's Oliver!, the Inkberrow Players present the pantomime Dick Whittington and His Cat, starting tomorrow.
Featuring the usual mixture of comedy, romance, song, colourful costumes and scenery, the group say the show is guaranteed to chase away the winter blues.
And it will also feature a menagerie of animals including a camel, polar bear, rats and the necessary cat.
Sian Price stars as Dick, with Becci Blundell as Alice Esmeralda, Donna Dean as the dame and Elliot Dean as the cat.
Dick Whittington and His Cat opens tomorrow night at Inkberrow Village Hall at 7.30pm, running on Friday and Saturday nights, with a matinee at 2.30pm on Saturday.
Tickets are on sale at Inkberrow Post Office.
