PREPARE to get those toes tapping as Birmingham's Alexandra Theatre presents Footloose the Musical, starting on Monday.
Made famous by the 1984 movie starring Kevin Bacon, the new show is set to take audiences by storm with its high-octane cast and electrifying music.
Footloose tells the story of city boy Ren who has to move to small town America where dancing is banned.
As we can predict, rebellious Ren soon has the whole town tapping their toes to the beat of the music.
The show's second visit to the Alexandra Theatre will feature Cheryl Baker from Bucks Fizz and Stephen McGann, of Emmerdale fame, as well as classic 80s hits Holding Out For a Hero, Almost Paradise, Let's Hear It For The Boy and the well known title track, Footloose.
The show runs until Saturday, February 4. For tickets, call on 0870 607 7544.
