AN incident-packed match at Archdales saw the home club defeat Martley Spurs 6-5 in a Worcester and District Football league Sunday Premier Division encounter.
George Dalman hit a hat-trick for 'Dales' with Darren Tafft adding a brace, while Chris Collins and Steve Prickett were both on target twice for Martley.
It was Tafft, however, who had the last word, making two brilliant late saves to deny the Spurs a point after taking over as emergency goalkeeper.
Mitchell Winwood was also in good Premier Division form, cracking a hat-trick for Nunnery Wod Sports who hammered Droitwich Spa 6-1.
Samrik Sandhu, meanwhile, struck twice as Exel Metro came from 2-0 down at half-time to beat AFC Mazak 3-2, while Nathan Owen and Rob Perrins both bagged a brace as Kempsey crushed Colwall St James 6-0.
In Division One, veteran Glenn Challis was another hat-trick hero as Claines beat St Johns 4-1 and Stuart Harvey netted twice in Powick's 4-0 victory over The Bridge.
Other trebles came from Mitchell Probert of Comer Rangers who won 4-2 at Perowne Park Rangers, Andrew Hodgetts in Droitwich Spa Eagles 6-2 home win over AFC Deers Leap and Paul Bennett as CMB Sports thumped Bringsty Sports 5-0 - their sixth consecutive clean sheet.
Lee Grubb and James Sliwa were both on target twice for New Inn Claines who thrashed Northwick Vale 9-0. Dean Wise and Royston Hannay also scored twice for The Courtyard who triumphed 5-2 over Plumbers Arms to extend their unbeaten run to 16 matches.
Other doubles came from Chris White as Worcester Juniors rattled five past Martley Spurs Reserves without reply, Ben Teague of Goodrest who went down 4-3 against St John's Sports and Luan Ghashi in Sporting Worcester's 4-2 victory over Portobello.
Adam Morse was brilliant goal-scoring form as he netted four times for Saracen Rangers who beat Dewdrop 5-2. Goals from Phil Sidwell and Carl Graham gave Barbourne Celtic a 2-1 victory over Anchor Falcons.
Punchbowl won 5-3 in their macth at AFC West Midlands with Andy Higgins scoring twice for Punchbowl and Carl Fairhurst doing likewise for West Midlands.
In the Saturday League, goals from James Underwood (2), Craig Whitehouse and Phil Scrafton gave Inkberrow 'A' Reserves a 4-0 home Division One win over VBL Sports and a brace from Jim Pickering helped Hallow WMC to a 3-1 success against Lamb and Flag.
