FURTHER to my letter of December 18 last and Coun Raine's comments the following week regarding rubbish bags; you will be pleased to hear - as I am - that this matter has been satisfactory concluded.
Coun Raine visited me yesterday and we exchanged rubbish bags. He gave me black ones and I gave him pink ones and white ones. Thank goodness Coun Raine was able to listen and understand - and then resolve this silly situation.
