ROY Rencher admits he felt "sick" after losing key players as Stourport Swifts fight for Southern League Division One West survival.
Manager Rencher was already resigned to Rory May completing his move to Redditch United, but the striker has been joined out of the Walshes Meadow door by Ronnie Sayer and Neil O'Sullivan, while Adam Robinson is also on the brink of an exit.
Midfielder Sayer signed for rivals Rushall Olympic and left-back O'Sullivan, who only moved to Swifts in late November, is at Solihull Borough.
Left-midfielder Robinson is set to leave after tomorrow's clash at Sutton Coldfield Town (3pm), following Chasetown's seven-day approach.
"I feel a bit sick because we have got to rebuild all over again," said Rencher. "We have been decimated down the left-hand side.
"Even though we are at the bottom of the league, our players get looked at. I'm struggling to field the same side every week. It's still really turbulent here and it's going to be like this right to the end of the season. We are constantly going to be in the market-place."
The Swifts boss has signed Lye Town striker Andy Burgess and is hopeful of securing a new left-back.
Teenagers Craig Marshall and Danny Harvey, both recruited from Hednesford Town, made their debuts in last Saturday's 2-1 home defeat to Marlow.
Tall striker Marshall, 19, joined on a month's loan from the Pitmen, while 17-year-old centre-back Harvey made a permanent move. In the absence of suspended Paul Hatton, Harvey will feature in defence again at Coles Lane, where Rencher made his name coaching Sutton Coldfield's successful youth team for five years.
Rencher added: "It will be nice going back there. I know Sutton Coldfield have plenty of pace in their squad, but they don't have the best of home records and I feel there's a chance we can get something."
