COLWALL Cricket Club has finalised many of the details for its match against the Lashings World XI on Friday, July 28.
The day of entertainment also includes a blind cricket demonstration, guide dog display, Kwick cricket match and a live band.
Funds raised will go to Guide Dogs for the Blind, Royal national College for the Blind and local young cricketers.
Recent Lashings players include Curtly Ambrose, Joel Garner, Gordon Greenidge, Alvin Kalicharan, Brian Lara, Sir Viv Richards, Richie Richardson, Courtney Walsh, Shane Warne, Mark Waugh, Alan Donald, Herscelle Gibbs, Chris Cairns, Shahid Alfirda, Wasim Akram, Inzaman ul Haq and Waqar Younis.
The schedule for the day is: 10.30am gates open; 11am Ten/10 Blind Cricket challenge match; 1pm Guide Dog and Kwick cricket display; 2.30pm The World v Colwall CC; 7pm Liv band.
Hospitality tables of ten cost £350 and include three-course dinner and there are various levels of sponsorship still available.
