DROITWICH Land Rover is throwing its support behind Worcester Warriors Rugby Club's Community Development Programme for a further three years with the provision of a new vehicle, reinforcing its commitment to rugby at both a national and international level.
As part of Land Rover's support of England Rugby and Premier Rugby, the Droitwich dealership has handed over the keys of a Discovery 3.
The award-winning, seven-seat vehicle will be used by the club's community development manager, Dan Zaltzman to encourage youth and community involvement across a range of rugby projects.
"The Land Rover Discovery forms an integral part of our local community initiatives, allowing us to take kit, resources and players all over," said Dan. "Land Rover's support has so far helped Premier Rugby clubs to reach more than 1,500 schools, 400 junior rugby clubs and more than 400,000 participants, some of whom will be the stars of tomorrow."
