A FAMILY show is being brought to the Vale by NTC Touring Company.

The group is visiting Ashton-under-Hill on Friday, January 27, with its family show Alex, The Warrior and the Winter Star, written by Ann Coburn.

The show is part of Worcestershire's acclaimed Rural and Community Touring Scheme, Shindig, which takes professional performances to village and community venues across the county.

Cat may not be happy but Alex is delighted when The Warrior returns. A year has passed since Alex made the Christmas Eve wish that brought his favourite computer character out of the game and into this world. Unfortunately, Warrior's enemy, The Skarg, have followed him - but now, The Skarg have found their way back, with a plan that could change the face of the earth forever.

Once again, Alex, Cat and The Warrior are off on an adventure full of magic and danger, music and laughter. Will they find The Skarg in time to stop their evil schemes, and at what cost?

This is a performance for all the family, a magical show to cheer the winter nights.
