THERE promises to be a lengthy night of discussion when the Cotswold Hills Cricket League stages its annual general meeting at Harvington CC on Wednesday, February 22.
Proposed changes in rules affecting league constitution, playing regulations, child protection and rules regarding overseas players are on the agenda when business gets under way at8pm.
The meting to dish out balls and fixture cards will take place on April 26 at a venue to be decided.
