KIDDERMINSTER College's principal has slammed the Government and claimed the information in the league tables is "misleading".
Andrew Miller criticised Westminster's decision to delay including figures that show how well students' education improved when studying in colleges.
He said: "The tables released today continue to mislead students and parents and discriminate against many further education colleges."
Ninety-six per cent of pupils at the Market Street college study on courses that lead to vocational qualifications.
The results of 31 students on A or AS level courses, which represent 3.9 per cent of people taught, have been included in the statistics.
Mr Miller added: "Kidderminster College has far greater numbers of students studying vocational qualifications and its achievement rates are higher than county, regional and national averages."
They did show 88 per cent of the 80 students achieved "other advanced vocational qualifications".
